No jumps are mandatory: everything is adjusted according to your comfort level.

Warning – Safety & Physical Condition
Canyoning is a supervised but physically demanding outdoor activity. Although obstacles (jumps, slides, rappels) are optional, participants must:
• Be in good general physical condition
• Be able to swim and be comfortable in the water (passages under waterfalls are possible)
• Have no medical contraindications to participating in sports
• Be able to walk on uneven and slippery terrain
Not recommended for people suffering from severe vertigo, heart problems, or major joint problems.

Do you have to jump in?
No. No jump is mandatory. Jumps can always be replaced by abseiling or a zip line.

The canyon is located in the Tapoul Gorges, near the village of Les Rousses, about 1 hour 15 minutes from Millau.
How long does the activity last?
Allow approximately 3 hours (reception, equipment, canyoning, return).
Do you need to take a shuttle?
Yes, in July and August, a municipal shuttle is mandatory (€4/person) to access the site.
